Spanish Chicken ‘n Rice

The Ingredients:

• Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken

o 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

o 2 cans hot diced tomatoes

o 1 packet taco seasoning

• 1 box Spanish rice mix

• 1 16-ox jar of salsa

The Steps:

*Put the Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken in the slow cooker on LOW in the morning.

1. Make the Spanish rice mix according to box instructions, except swap the

tomato paste for the salsa.
